The simplest way to visit the Blue cave from Makarska is to use the public bus transportation to Split, from which you can reach Vis and Bisevo island and the Blue cave. A trip from Makarska to Vis takes on average a three to four hours. Check the lines from Split to Vis, bus lines from Vis to Komiza and ferrys from Komiza to Bisevo (Blue cave) so you can make a quality plan for your visit to the Blue cave, Vis and Bisevo. We advise you to include at least one overnight stay in Komiza.
